What hours are you open?
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year from 7:30 am until 8 pm. We allow you to start washing as late as 7 pm and stay until you are finished.

Do you separate whites from colors?
We separate whites, lights, and darks into different machines. We also pull out delicate items and place them in special laundry bags to further protect them.

Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Of course, when you place an order you will be able to create specific instructions for that individual order.

Do you fold or hang my clothes?
We are open to special requests. If you don't specify, we typically hang the more formal items, like shirts, blouses and slacks; then protect them with a clear plastic garment bag. We'll fold everything else and package it for protection.

How will I know how much my laundry is?
We weigh your laundry once it is back at our store and then send the invoice to you by email. If you would like us to weigh it for you at pickup, please let us know in advance and we will make arrangements.

If there's severe weather and the roads are unsafe will my laundry be returned on time?
However rare this is, it can happen. If there is a severe storm, such as a blizzard or a hurricane, we will return your laundry to you as soon as it’s safe to for our drivers to do so. We will keep you updated to any changes via phone, email and/or text.

When will the payment be made?
When your order is completed, we will send it back to you at the appointed time. Our driver will bring credit card device when delivering. We accept payment methods other than cash.

What if I miss my pickup/drop-off time?
If you miss your pick-up or drop off timeframe, a missed pick-up or missed drop off fee (up to $20) may be assessed. Avoid these additional fees by notifying and rescheduling your pick-up/ drop off at least 3 hours before your scheduled time. Please note: if you've pre-paid for service, you will not be refunded for missed pick-ups.
